April 6th, 2012 Camberley – Near Completion

The building is now fully weather tight, and doors and windows have been fitted. A unique feature – a pyramid-shaped glass lantern/skylight – has been installed in the main family room by a team of 12!  The home has been plastered throughout and this will soon be followed by the fitting of the skirting, doors and floors. Everything is on schedule and budget.

November 22nd, 2011 Camberley – Bi-folding doors Installation

All brickwork to the main house is now completed. We have dismantled the main scaffolding, and are ready to install the state-of-the-art aluminium bi-folding doors. First fix electrics, plumbing and joinery are all going according to schedule.

November 3rd, 2011 Camberley – Roof On

All the works are on schedule. The roof is now being weathered and tiled with reclaimed tiles to match the existing main roof. We have also supplied and fitted six electrically operated Velux roof-lights. Internally, we have completed all the structural alterations, and have just formed the new insulated concrete floor. The project is due for completion in February 2012.

October 9th, 2011 Camberley, Surrey – 1st Stage

External Works
We are four weeks into a 22-week programme to extend and modernise a four-bedroom, detached home to create four new bedrooms, three new luxury bathrooms, plus an exciting contemporary garden room with a modern aluminium roof lantern.

Internal Works
We’re adding new aluminium, concertina, four-panelled sliding doors to bring outside living indoors – creating a beautiful, light space to sit, relax and enjoy. Other internal works include removing all internal flooring, fitting a new under-floor heating system and installing new high quality flooring.
